Body Image
Regardless of body type, weight, skin appearance, behavior, or fashion choices, women often experience shame and guilt. This can lead to allowing others to dictate what we wear in order to avoid judgment. We'll work on utilizing body appreciation techniques to challenge these harmful beliefs, creating harmony with ourselves and our bodies.

Weight loss & Health
Closely linked to body image and self esteem. We'll venture into our unhealthy relationship with food, talk diets, calorie counting, fasting, cheat days, and cravings. We'll work on developing a mindset focused on health and what that looks like for you in a realistic manner.

Pregnancy, Matrescence, Menopause
Matrescence (transitioning to motherhood) is a major life change and identity shift that doesn't get enough attention.
Pregnancy, motherhood and menopause bring up emotional, psychological and physiological changes. We'll work on addressing any concerns or anxieties, and develop coping strategies for managing stress, mood swings, and hormonal fluctuations.

Self Esteem
We undermine ourselves, or resort to faking confidence because we've learnt to believe that we are not good enough. Let's deal with that.
To unlearn self doubt, we'll dissolve external criticisms and build internal reverence.

PCOS & Fertility
Dealing with the symptoms of PCOS is tough. Some may say the emotions arising from dealing with these symptoms are tougher. We solidify acceptance and understanding PCOS symptoms, to move forward in a healthy and (re)productive way.

Muslim Women
It's common to experience feelings of inadequacy, guilt, and judgement from yourself, the community or other women. We work on navigating the intersection of faith, culture, identity, and mental well-being so you can build strength, resilience, and healing amidst cultural pressures and expectations.

Relationships
The quality of our lives are determined by the quality of our relationships. The dynamics of our relationships, including romantic partnerships, friendships, sibling bonds, parental ties, relationships with in-laws, and coparenting dynamics, significantly impact our overall well-being and sense of fulfilment. We'll work together on communication patterns, healthy boundaries and fostering emotional intimacy. With guidance and support, you'll have the tools to strengthen existing relationships, navigate conflicts, and cultivate new connections.

Trauma
Often stemming from our childhoods or romantic relationships, physical or emotional trauma can leave lasting scars, shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us. It's common to hold onto false beliefs about ourselves because of the pain we've endured. But here's the truth: You are not defined by what happened to you. This is a supportive space for women to heal from past experiences, reclaim your strength and rediscover sense of safety, self-worth and resilience.
