We'll start by establishing a relationship of trust and confidentiality that will allow you to feel free to share without judgement.

How it works

  1. Start by Booking a free 20 minute Intro Consultation  (learn more).

  2. After attending the free consultation, a confidentiality form will be sent to you. Fill out the form online, request one to print, or fill it out on Whatsapp. 

  3. Book a 55 min paid session.

  4. Pay via EFT, Paypal or request other payment options.

Tips: be sure to have a stable internet connection, and try to be in a setting with enough privacy for you to talk freely.
